1.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods via a door-to-door courier service or to a locker to the Buyer, according to the Customer's option.

1.2. The Seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.

1.3. IQ VERDE undertakes to process all orders and to ship the ordered products (within the limit of available stock) within a maximum of 3-5 business days from the date each order is placed. The products are considered delivered at the moment of their handover to the customer.

1.4. The Seller will carry out the delivery of the Goods and Services only on the territory of Romania.

 1.5. The Customer may return the purchased products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt. The ordered product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with the same label attached, in the original packaging, and together with the delivery documents that accompanied it. Within a maximum of 5 business days from the return date, we will refund the order value to the account provided by the Customer. To return products, the Customer must access the Return Policy section. 

1.6. The Customer undertakes to pay the delivery cost of the Product, specifically the amount of 14 Lei  (VAT included) for orders up to 190 Lei (the 190 lei threshold is calculated after applying all vouchers, discount codes, and other promotions). For orders with a value greater than 190 Lei, the Customer will benefit from free delivery.
