To return ordered products, please follow the steps below:

1. Read the "Return Terms and Conditions"
2. Complete the return form and email it to: contact@thebodyshop.ro. Please send them (without cash on delivery) via a courier company to the following address: Sos. Bucuresti Ploiesti 1A, Bucharest Business Center, Building C, 2nd Floor, Sector 1, Bucharest, 020339.
3. After shipment, please email us the AWB number and the name of the courier company
4. Once the products are inspected by our colleagues, you will be contacted to finalize this procedure
5. Within a maximum of 5 working days from the return date, we will refund the value of the returned products via bank transfer to the 24-character IBAN account in RON provided by the Customer in the return form.

Packages for which we have not been notified in advance and those sent with cash on delivery WILL NOT be accepted!

Return Terms and Conditions

1. Products purchased online from thebodyshop.ro can be returned in accordance with GEO 34/2014. The customer is obliged to notify the merchant in writing of their withdrawal from the contract, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The transport costs for returning the products to the Seller will be borne entirely by the Customer.
2. In the event that the customer receives a product other than the one ordered, the return cost will be borne by The Body Shop.
3. Pack the return appropriately so it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that arrive returned in poor condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for the return guarantee.
4. Customers who have purchased products from the thebodyshop.ro website and discovered upon receipt that the products are damaged (broken, leaking, etc.) are requested to send an email to contact@thebodyshop.ro with the order number and an attached photo. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible.
5. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal for one or more products purchased as part of special offers for which you benefited from discounts based on the order value or as a result of purchasing a specific product, you are obliged to return all products received based on the special offer or as a result of ordering a specific type of product that led to the provision of other products or offers.
6. For purchases made with any type of voucher, money cannot be refunded.

The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition, including the packaging, meaning it must not show any visible signs of testing or use, and must be unopened/sealed.

The following are not accepted for return:

1. Products that have been opened/unsealed
2. Products that show visible signs of testing/use
3. Products that do not have intact labels, or have broken or removed seals
4. Products purchased from other stores
5. Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or receipt)

These measures are specific to cosmetic products as their shelf life is calculated from the first opening of the packaging, and once used/tested, there is a risk of transmitting viruses through the transfer of the product to another person.
